Catino Tarpon Reel 6' Transparent wraps with cinnamon tippingA nice Frank Catino Tarpon fly reel. 4 3 8" diameter with a 1. 2" spool width. LHW. Brushed gold frame with a black palmable spool winding plate. Near mint condition with the stick reel sticker on a cross bar and some very tiny marks on the foot being the only signs this reel was ever mounted on a rod. These reels were sold by Orvis in their 1983 and 1984 catalogs. The cork disc drag is very strong when applied and is silent in both directions.
