RL Winston Perfect 2 7/8" Fly Reel EF Payne Rod Company The cap is stamped "HAn unused RL Winston Perfect 2 7 8" in diameter. These reels were made in England by Hardy. All black color and set up for right hand wind (though switchable). There are no signs of this reel having been used, at most someone has put a line on it but not fished it. "Made in England" and "WP1192" stamped into the sides of the reel foot. A great model for the Winston aficionado, this would be excellent with your favorite Glenn Brackett era rod with a 4
