The meat is always hand cut before being spiced with our standard blend of spices. The sticks are then taken to our smoke house where they are smoked over smouldering oak wood chips. This process gives the Biltong a whole new flavour compared to our standard Biltong. The product is drier for less time making it a wetter product. This
