L., an Italian Fascist youth organization founded in 1937. This organization performed a similar role in Italy as the Hitler Youth did in Germany. This particular example is missing the jewels in the eagles eyes, and has a loose wire but looks to be legitimate. It does not appear that fakes of these were made on a large scale.
