November 10 | The Mexican Table Skills Series January 2 | 2:30pm -In this class we will work together to cook a delicious Mexican meal. We will make tortilla soup. We'll make guacamole and two types of salsa, fresh tortillas and tacos al pastor, shrimp tacos, as well as a vegetarian taco. For dessert we'll be making churros! Included in this class is dinner with wine, a hands on class with instruction and a thorough recipe pack that includes bonus recipes and a section on sourcing ingredients.
