After 12 years of service with NR and some 54 years after being delivered to Tinsley as D5817 in October 1961

The major updates are bodysides with exposed framing and the distinctive Barber BER22

66190 settled back in to its normal working life again until mid-2007 when it was readied for transfer to Euro Cargo Rail (ECR)

Not that it changes the prototypes as all traces of JA were removed during rebuilding. E6006 was built at Eastleigh in November 1962 and was later renumbered to 73006 under TOPS.
