It's made from a blend of rich, late harvested apples: Dabinett, Ashton Brown Jersey, Cider Lady's Finger, Improved Hangdown and Porter's Perfection. Aromas of tropical fruit are kept in balance with good tannic structure & gentle acidity. Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, no filtering or pasteurisation.
