Wrist Circles: Slowly rotate wrist in circles, 10 each direction, 3 times daily Forearm Stretch: Extend arm, gently pull fingers back, hold 30 seconds Ball Squeeze (light): Gentle squeezes with soft stress ball, 10 reps, 2 times daily Supination/Pronation: Rotate forearm palm-up to palm-down, 15 reps Progressive Loading Phase (Weeks 3-6) As pain decreases and function improves, gradually introduce more challenging exercises
