The size and materials tag is missing but it does seem like just cotton. It has no stretch to it. Brand is Rosemary Long for New Perspective which is from the 70s. There are 2 side pockets and a hidden zipper in the back. I do not see any issues. So cute!! I think this would probably best fit a size 6 or smaller. Please double check measurements to be sure!
