90s/00s Black and White Check Funnel Neck Wool Coat By Bill Blass haircalf This dress has no tagsFrom its raglan sleeves to its slight funnel neck, this black and white coat from Bill Blass bears a decidedly mid century flair, although it most likely dates to around 2000. It also features large patch pockets and silk covered snaps for closure. No fabric label, but the shell appears to be a soft wool or wool blend. The lining is luxurious black silk charmeuse.
