It was made under the creative direction of Michel Klein. It would have been made entirely by hand in the Paris atelier. Michel Klein took over the couture division in 1993 after Laroche's death and remained until 1996. The dress is made out of a very high quality beautiful silk that mixes three colours; a deep blue, a soft olive and a pale taupe. The
