Attributed to Whiting & Davis although Not signed. 1&1 4 wide. 2&1 2 inner diameter. Silver toned metal with a fading gold vermeil which actually looks marvelous. Good aged condition. Nice detailed repouss metalwork. Vintage clamper bracelet to make a statement for sure.
