1970s Biba Art Deco Skirt with gorgeous fringe detailing1970s Biba Art Deco Skirt, made from a silk crepe material, in a two tone colourway. Gorgeous 30s inspired piece by Biba. This pattern can be seen in dress form also, and in different colour ways. My guess for an exact date would be around 1972. In good vintage condition, veye small hole on the bottom of the skirt, and a previous repair. The stitching has come loose but this is an easy fix. Great collectors piece. Best fit a size UK 4 6.
