I would say 10 slots for acceleration is maybe too much for this deck, so I would consider removing the only two conditional ramps: Out Both creatures are good alternatives for white decks that suffer from lack of accelerators, but this precon is well stocked with a fair amount of the best mana stones you can have in a Commander deck (disregarding the most expensive artifacts)

Its exile ability also rewards sacrifice or board wipe-heavy builds, pairing well with cards like Krark-Clan Ironworks or Faith's Reward to rebuild after a reset and swing the game back in your favor

I prefer the constant and non conditional damage from Spellshock and Rug of Smothering

Now this is a useful card, or it wouldnt be on the list
