Played without support, it's a terrible card: spending 3 mana to cast a fragile creature, another mana to exile something, and then you need to wait at least another turn and pay 2 more mana and sacrifice it to cast a spell

Due to this cards high finishing potential it is always something aggressive decks are happy to play

If youre not so lucky as to have engines like Gemhide Sliver or Heritage Druid in your card pool, then this is another effect that can be worth looking for from your Commander

I dont have much faith that this card will recover any time soon, but if copies end up around $2 it is not unreasonable to expect it to go back to $5 baring a future reprint
