but quite a tender feeling thing whatever the case

and one patch of wear to the fabric on the back of one legs (see photos)

This is an old Mexican folk pottery bowl, likely from Oaxaca, though if it weren't stamped MEX on the underside I might almost think it was Persian. Nothing better than that yellow and green, just radiant. 6 1 2" d x 2 1 4" t and good condition. Crazing to the creamy white as evident and some irregularity to the form, all to the good I think. No notable chips, cracks or other issues.
