CABO 齋藤芳里設計師於日本頂級的多摩美術大學畢業， 畢業後隨即跟大學同學創立自己的首飾品牌。品牌名字的由來，齋藤芳里介紹說，CABO 一詞來自墨西哥城市卡沃聖盧卡斯 (Cabo San Lucas)，當地以沙灘、海洋聞名，予人一望無際、自由自在的感覺，因而於 2012 年採用 CABO 這個品牌名稱。
