The palate is dry and refreshing, bursting with crisp citrus and crunchy green apple fruit. A classic Marlborough style sourced mainly from the Awatere Valley and Southern Valleys, the fruit is machine harvested at night to preserve aromatics and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks to retain brightness. Theres no oak
