The reel has been mounted on a rod one time, according to the original and only owner, but saw no meaningful use. I spotted one miniscule scuff on the frame which is so minor I would have thought it potentially from handling or assembly. The reel is in near mint++ shape. The sideplates are anodized black and the frame, spool, crank, foot, oil port cover,
