Light gold color frame with black ventilated sideplates and a black foot. Silver half handle, spool, and pillars. "Bill Ballan" and "Lightweight" engraved into one sideplate. Some handling marks but near mint condition overall with minimal to any actual fishing use. Should fish a #3 or #4 nicely. Comes in a maroon faux leather pouch with Bill Ballan's name
