flying above a little dog puttering along a grassy horizon

but I love it

part of what really makes it is the visceral effect of layered and overlapping forms and colors

I believe this dates to the late 19th early 20th century and would have been a souvenir purchased at a vacation spot, clearly somewhere on the water!
