This has the San Francisco "cup" decal. Brown colored spigot ferrule blank (a Kennedy Fisher blank?). Carbide stripper and chrome snake guides. Wrapped red. Used condition. 6" full wells grips with a downlocking screwlock seat. Blue cloth bag and aluminum tube with the Winston logo.
